West Virginia LCIs taught 7 LAB BikeEd Road I courses in the past year. They delivered to the Morgantown Traffic Commission and to the Greater Morgantown Metropolitan Planning Organization 1-hour lectures based on the Road I material. June 2007-September 2007, they offered the Road I course at least one weekend every month. October 2007-March 2008, they offered a session of the 3-session Road I class every Saturday. In 2008, the LAB updated the BikeEd program and changed its name to Smart Cycling. The LAB also updated Road I and changed its name to Traffic Skills 101. December 2008 through March 2009, Morgantown LCIs are offering Traffic Skills 101 every first, second and third Saturday in Morgantown. See http://www.bikeleague.org/cogs/programs/education/course_detail/2081 for registration information.
