A place for folks to provide information as to what is going on in biking in WV. This information will be used to respond to the League of American Bicyclists survey due March 2009. This survey is used to rank states. The League of American Bicyclists announced their first annual ranking of Bicycle Friendly States, scoring all 50 states on more than 70 factors. WV came in last. We think it is a lack of information. Help us gather information. Thank you!

The state of West Virginia has identified several networks of bicycle routes.
a. Most bicycle trail routes and cycling routes are available on the web.
b. Some of the routes are signed and/or marked on the ground.
