A place for folks to provide information as to what is going on in biking in WV. This information will be used to respond to the League of American Bicyclists survey due March 2009. This survey is used to rank states. The League of American Bicyclists announced their first annual ranking of Bicycle Friendly States, scoring all 50 states on more than 70 factors. WV came in last. We think it is a lack of information. Help us gather information. Thank you!

§17C-8-10. Method of giving hand-and-arm signals.
All signals herein required given by hand and arm shall be given from the left side of the vehicle in the following manner
and such signals shall indicate as follows:
(1) Left turn. -- Hand and arm extended horizontally.
(2) Right turn. -- Hand and arm extended upward.
(3) Stop or decrease speed. -- Hand and arm extended downward.
